I'll give him a call, Joe, and have him try all your suggestions. (Think he's running SP2)

He's not the most "computerly" inclined......but we'll try doing the telephone surgery routine. :D

I have a friend whose MJ won't install. His computer displays the error, "MagicJack is not supported by your version of Windows. Please check http://www.magicjack.com/requirements for more information. Detected version: Win NT 5.1 build 2600 [0.0]"

The strange thing is, he's running XP Pro on his ...
