This started happening to me when I ran MJ on my vista 32 machine. I could reset and get it to work for about 5-15 minutes, then I would come back and it would say it was signing in, or "please connect to the internet and click here [error 03]." works on my other computers
I just tried my MJ on my Apple and it worked (first time ever on that computer I have tried it)
So, the problem is my port settings -- as my USB ports work but clearly something has blocked them.

Dial pad stays at "Signing in ..."
Hello.
For over 18 months I have had no problems with MJ.
Now after 2 days (and nights) I have chatted with 6 agents and have rebooted, formatted, updgraded, used VPN, Hotshield and it has worked a few times but once again, always come back to the problem.
Dial Pad shows "Signing in ..." and stays ...
