It works fine on my MAC and other XP3 -- but not my main IBM X61...

I will pick up a Xlink BTTN like you and in another 6 months I will get a new PC anyway - so I can use MJ once again.

I just tried my MJ on my Apple and it worked (first time ever on that computer I have tried it)

So, the problem is my port settings -- as my USB ports work but clearly something has blocked them.

For over 18 months I have had no problems with MJ.

Now after 2 days (and nights) I have chatted with 6 agents and have rebooted, formatted, updgraded, used VPN, Hotshield and it has worked a few times but once again, always come back to the problem.

Dial Pad shows "Signing in ..." and stays ...
