Horrible static when I dial out, but not to my cell phone
I recently got a Magic Jack and was very excited, but it's been malfunctioning regularly and I can't figure out why. I've tried cleaning and switching USB ports, but it doesn't seem to help. I've done several quality checks to my cell phone's voicemail and the call is clear without any static at all ...
