On all my calls we both hear an echo, and the other person receives a delayed sound from me. What can I do? Sounds like we are in a cave, and hollow.

I can't answer my incoming calls.
When I have an incoming call my phone rings with usually one very long ring, when I try to answer I can't get anyone, so I have to return the call. My callers tell me it goes right to voice mail as soon as it starts to ring. Can anyone help me figure this out and tell my how to fix it? Also there is ...
