Have you tried plugging the MJ into a different PC using a different ISP?

Some of us have only one computer/ISP.


If it still fails the same way then there is a good chance your dongle ( ok not your's but the MJ :) is bad.
How long do you have it? Did you buy it locally? If so maybe you can ...

Phone number just says 000-000-0000 - cannot make calls.

Live chat was no help (not a surprise, I'm sure).
