Try your MJ on another computer. If it works, you have probs with your thin client. If it still doesn't work and the symptoms are the same, try talking to the MJ Chat help people. If they can't clear the problem and you can convince them your MJ has gone bad, they'll send you another one for $10.

It actually was received with a 512MB Apacer DOM in it and 256MB of RAM.

Since early last year MJ now keeps our contacts on their server, so there is nothing on our PC you can back up..
Log into your MJ account at my.magicjack.com, click on the contacts tab and then you can export your contact list..

OK I checked and this WYSE TC does support 1GB RAM and 1GB Flash.

Thank you! I will do that. I just ordered a 1GB RAM and 1 GB Flash Module. And yes the WYSE does have a Write Filter similar to HP.
