Yes, it works perfectly fine when I use it. Never really had any problems except this. And like I said, it's completely intermittent. Sometimes people get through right away, sometimes they get the number disconnected message.

Has no one else dealt with this?

No, it was a brand new number I purchased about four months ago through Magic Jack.

When someone tries calling me on occasion they receive a "The Number you have tried to reach is currently Disconnected" message (or something like that). Sometimes they can call back immediately and get through, sometimes they call back half a dozen times and each time recieve the same message.
