i wen't to that website already. tried to looking for any related issue for Error 401 and still can't get in to the exact link where i could chat with a tech support.

tried some of the troubleshootings already but seems none of it works.

uninstalled Zone Alarm, download the update, use different USB ports.

same here... the link for magicjack tech chat is not working for me either.

Im using Dell Latitude D600 with WinXP Sp3.

I just installed MagicJack and unfortunately, I always received this error message "Please restart your magicjack and try again [error 401]".

I'll appreciate any help. By the way, I live at Philippines but the address that I registered for the magicjack ...
