Just as an update I have had only one call in 3 days that has had the static issue. I don't get a high volume of calls, but this is vastly improved overe what I had been seeing. If you are seeing this issue I would highly recommend the changes I mentioned in the earlier post.

Wow.... just chatted with MJ support again on this issue and actually seemed to get someone who was pretty good. She had me set a few things and I have to say so far so good after several calls. I have no idea if this is permanent, but will post back again after a while.
