I just purchased a new MacBook Pro (intel i5 processor). I inserted my magicjack directly into one of the two USB ports on the side. The blue light will blink ten times and then it goes dark. I spent four hour (in two sessions) with MJ support. Everytime they "took over my computer" I would see them ...
