Still working on upgrade for the mac....

I just had a chat with tech support, and they are still saying that it is being worked on, and to allow another 24 hours for their upgrades to take effect. I got an error that my magicjack could not resolve softphone.talk4free.com.

Anyone have any suggestions within the next 24 hours? :-)
