I now have MJ+ (which I like), so I don't need the application to run on my computer anymore, right?

So, how do I keep MagicJack from running every time I start my computer?

It is not in the Startup menu or in the Run / RunOnce registry keys.

I resolved this error with the following steps:

1) I unplugged my MJ+ from the wall (but I left the telephone and ethernet cords plugged in).
2) I plugged the device into a USB port.
3) I opened the MJ application in my computer. (Since I was upgrading, I still had the old MJ application installed ...

I have just registered MagicJack Plus as an upgrade from MagicJack.

I plugged the device into the wall and connected the telephone and router (a Gateway 2Wire).

Now when I pick up my telephone, I get Error 3.

Is there a way to put it in an arbitrary order that appeals to me?
