I'm having the same trouble. And what is exacerbating it is that I am getting it on over half of my voicemail messages. Even in the e-mailed version. Since it is happening with VM I'm assuming it is a MJ problem on their end. If the recording is bad how can it be my equipment? I spent over an hour ...
