Try adjusting your QoS (Quality of service) on your router. You can set it to give either the computer, or just the voip more bandwidth.

XP pro SP3: MJ installs/upgrades ect fine.. the softphone comes up and in the top center where the status messages show it gets to "configuring" and sometimes "signing in/logging in" then the softphone vanishes even from the task try, no dial tone onphone either.
