WoW...On Friday, MJ told me they would send me a relacement dongle, and I had it in my hands on Monday. Unbelievable...now that was quick service (great job MJ). It gets better, I now have a "Gen 4" (orange sticker). So far, no more missing digits when dialing, and I can hear incoming audio ...

I have had the same problem. On the soft phone, I go to start, advanced and restart. I do that twice and it usually takes care of it. I have not tried the powered hub.

how did you get it working again? and how did you get another mj from mj support for $10.48?

Oh...and also the firewall exception.

No Luck with my MJ, still no audio on incoming. I did the Ports adj and also checked the device manager and volumes. No problems noted back to the drawing board.

Nugrl, what OS are you using.

Can I port my MJ phone number to another service provider ???

Same problem started yesterday: I cannot hear incoming calls, but My outgoing calls work just fine. MJ Worked great for the last two years.

Panasonic, I have also tried a hard wired phone plugged into MJ and it does the same thing.

When I dial out on my cordless handsets, MJ sometimes misses some of the digits (you can watch as the digits appear in the soft phone). I tried a different phone and it still does it. Any ideas?????
