Yeah - I talked to the support group and was told the same thing.

Two days later, still not working. Not a big deal, since I never intended to give up my land line. I can use it to call the local numbers that MJ can't seem to handle currently.

The plot thickens. For some reason I can now call any phone that doesn't begin with 440-59x-xxxx.

All the numbers here are, of course, 440-59x-xxxx (593,594,599).

I just got the MagicJack delivered 3 days ago. It is apparently the newest hardware and I have downloaded the "lucky you" upgrade.

It worked for a day. Since that time, every call I dial with either the smartphone app or the real telephone refused to connect. All I get is a fast busy.
