Let me see if I can articulate what I want to do. I want to be able to run my phone using gv, since I can't use the mj softphone. So what's the point in having it? How do I:
1) automagically have gv pick up the call when I lift the handset or push the talk button on my cordless

Since I use a mobility aid, it can take me several minutes to reach the phone, especially when my cordless is charging. Is there a way to change the number of rings before the vm picks up?

There's a similar service to net talk that's a lot cheaper called broad voice. I may look into that, as well. I used to have vonage and absolutely loved it. Can I get the same featues, i.e do not disturb, *69, etc with net talk? I'll check on broad voice.
