Maybe the power management is turned on for the usb that MJ is connected to. Means the computer turns the device off to save power when not in use.
Go to "Device Manager" ---> Universal serial bus controllers ---> right click on the USB hub that your MJ is using and click Properties ---> Power ...

Incomming calls go right to voicemail - sometimes
Got MJ yesterday setup somewhat easy (after system update completed). Dial out works fine but incomming calls 50% go right to vmail. 
I'm very new to this and any help would be great. I tried to find answers in this fourm.
