How is the upload speed on your service? I normally run 2.5 MBps upload, after all that is where the outgoing packets of your voice is sent. Fortunately I have the use of several cell phones to test my lag time. Even at 2.5 you get about 500ms delay. I hate to blame the ISP or faulty equipment but ...
