For those of who do not know,as I didn't,just because you are set as administrator does not mean you have administrator privileges in the command prompt.So for those who get the you don't have privileges error here is what you do.
1:Go to Start(Windows icon)
2:Type CMD in the box
3:under programs ...

It may work for you but I personally do not want to leave things running 24/7 nor do I want my screen to burn in. If it doesn't get fixed I will end up changing services.
