In my opinion, this is a huge waste of money.

This is a RANT category, and you've ranted. I'm not sure why these other MJ groupies have slammed your comments. I agree with you. I came here looking for solution to my MJ not working all of a sudden, and after going thru about 6 live chat sessions ...

I was in my motel room the other day, and just unhooked their phone, and plugged it into my MJ; worked fine. When done, I just plugged it back into their wall jack.

Heck, even Wal-Mart has a cheap $5 Emerson phone you can use.

In this bad economy the MJ was a godsend for my family. Now Iam afraid this is the beginning of the end of MJ.

I'm with you on that. I'm tired of messing with their Live chat. They put out a BAD upgrade, and will not acknowledge it, and my MJ doesn't work period - no dial tone; can't make or ...

I'm having the same problem, and I see the previous replies are of no help. The last MJ tech I chatted with last night said my problem would be submitted to the "Engineers" - wait for an email solution. I'm still waiting - no email yet.

I've gotten online with MJ 4 times now, and none of their techs can seem to fix my MJ. Ever since the last upgrade, it has quit working. When I click a number in contacts, or type in a number to dial, my dial tone goes dead/silent.

The MJ will dial a number, but I can hear no one, nor call I talk ...
