I have been looking at the board but I can't find the basic troubleshooting infomation. Could you or anyone help thanks.

I have had mj for 2 years and I have alway have trouble with dropped calls. I have read the only one I found about drop calls but it doesn't help me cause I don't understand. I have uverse at 18MPS. any help would be great. thanks
