Well, after working all week they "refreshed" my account and the last 3 calls went for 5 minutes and died. What a bunch of clueless twits. Back to the chat to get another refresh and hopefully I will be put on a working server.

Other than call them everday and ask when it going to be fixed I have nothing to add. It isn't anything with your system/settings it is an MJ issue and they need to come to the table. I guess bad press is the only thing left.

How do we get MJ to admit there is an issue? Nothing on the official web site. Has anyone that called MJ been asked for log information or been asked to work with their support folks. No diff
Sadly it made no difference. 3 test calls, all made it to 5:30 before I quit. 4th call lasted 23:37 before I hung up. Next call 5 minutes and it died. Called the same number without changing anything and it lasted 10:30 before I hung up.

Keep calling MJ
Alfer, welcome to frustration land. Same issue at this end. Worked all day with incoming and outgoing calls of all lengths. Then it showed up in the evening. Exactly 5:00 minutes. Had to restart everything. Lets keep “chatting” with MJ. Maybe if there are enough complaints they will escalate.

Why not return the MJ service?
Good work. A lot of effort for something that used to work and has stopped without any notice. MJ needs to change the home page to "make free calls, except to toll free numbers"

This works for me
Remove the MJ. Run the "remove" script from the MJ site. Wait 5 minutes. Plug it in with the phone unattached. It will boot up. Plug the phone in and run the "update" application.

Fresh Start
A fresh start each time something changes is the key. Removed the MJ and went for a pint. Came back and ran the mjRemover program. Plugged the MJ into the USB slot without the phone attached. After it initialized ran the upgrade again. Plugged the “old” phone in. Ran the upgrade again. All is ...

Steps given to me by Chat worked
I’m not sure the root cause has been found for the 5 minute cut out. My phone, a Bell 390 was installed on a MJ back in March of this year. Worked 100%. They sent me an update and then the 5 minute cut out started. Tried on 3 different systems with 3 different images of XP. Same thing. Nothing ...
