Mine has been doing the same thing since the last "lucky you" update. The call is cut off after 5 min. sometimes the person that we called can still hear us and sometimes not. I have talked to support a couple of times but am still having the same problem. Frustrating

Other than buying a new one to see if it fixes your problem ( and then returning it) or taking advantage of getting a replacement from MJ and contacting them prior to plugging it in so they can transfer your #, there isnt much more I can suggest other than the powered hub...

Have you run the MJ removal tool from their web page and then d/l the update? MAYBE something got glitched.
Most importantly WHEN did you get your MJ?? Did it ever work? If so when did it stop and after what? Meaning was there some sort of update involved and then it stopped working ...
