My replacement MagicJack works just fine. something went bad in the old one. Seems the tech chat people don't want to realize that.

These tech chat people are unbelievable. Are they for real ? then they cut and past in the wrong statements. just unbelievable.
Anyway, since this is the tech support forum, anyone have any idea why my phone would stop ringing?

I got the mac version working yesterday but since then, incoming phone calls won't ring the telephone on either the mac or pc.

I've tried everything including two phones, 3 computers, magicfix, upgrade, recover, powered usb hub, different ports, you name it I've tried it. Any body have a fix for this, because the tech chat is useless as you all know. The phone was ringing before I did the mac osx upgrade, now no matter what ...
