hmm, ya, this is not uncommon- at least for me. I've found a handful of people i know are not able to call me. the strange thing is that the majority of them are all businesses... even in your case.
I don't think that anyone is actually being BLOCKED though. I'm thinking its just some sort of ...

But still make sure u run them other tests in the previous post. cuz this means nuthin if u don't have the bandwidth to use it.

Basically its cutting in and out cuz other running apps on yer PC are taking away from the MJ. at least that was my prob.

yes it is possible. not really 'on the fly', but u certainly don't have to uninstall the service at all!

Right click on My Computer, then manage.
then hit the + on services and applications.
then hit SERVICES.
then on right side scroll down to MAGICJACK and double click it.
then click on the LOG ON ...

Yup, mine does that also,.. but its easy to fix. :wink:

it seems they don't have the apps priority set right. it defaults to NORMAL. which is simply not enough for this thing ...

theres gotta be a way to get this working again??? or some other FREE way to to get 7 dig dialing going again...

Hey all, tried searching, but found nuthin about this...

Since today, any incoming calls will ring only once then die.
from caller, it rings once then goes dead, or sometimes busy.
from mj, house phones ring then stop 1 time.
and mj screen pop-up shows caller, rings once, then status screen jumps ...

hmmm, ok..

then, has anyone had any luck using mj on winxp running within a virtual machine? i could run xp in virtualbox on this win2k box...

hey all, sure enuf i tried to use this new mj with my win2000 web server. and it don't work... I've been lookin all over for a solution and only found the post about changing a few bytes with a hex editor. which I've tried and its not working.

so the ? is, does that still work? or is there any ...
