I plugged MJ into another pc with windows xp and it works no problem. WTF

I can hear the dial tone and me pushing the numbers on the phone, as soon as it rings I can hear it on pc and talk to them through the pc.
The laptop has 2gb of ram.

You ever figure this out? I have the same issue.

I got this thing yesterday and for the life of me I can't get the phone calls to go through the phone itself. I can dial out on the phone and hear the dial tone, but all the sound/mic go through the pc.
