You probably should have returned as defective so BestBuy doesn't try to resell the item and someone gets screwed because they can't properly register/use the MJ.

And if that unlikely event should happen, the customer will be able to simply return it to Best ...

I recently bought a MJ from Best Buy, set up my MJ account, voicemail and even a forwarding number for incoming calls to my MJ number. After using the MJ for a few days, it wasn't for me so I returned it to the Best Buy where I purchased the unit.

My question is, how does MJ know I've returned this ...
