Running out of patience
Been online with MJ tech support 3 times. Have done upgrades, turned of AV and Firewall. Still having 5 min limit on outbound. have Vancouver 604 number

Is there an alternative to Magic Jack
I have been online with tech support at least 3 times. Each time taking an hour or more.
I have 2 problems that they have not been able to fix.
The outbound call cuts out after 5 minutes.
I can't call 1-800 numbers.

5 minutes and no service
I have had the same issue. After 5 min the call goes dead. The person on teh other end can still hear me, but I can't hear them. I am in Canada. I am on a hard wired phone and the computer is hard wired to the router.
