Anyone know how do decrypt an "SJEN" file?

As I can see in the MagicJack.exe file I can see 4 call: DecodeBase64, EncodeBase64, DecryptRC4, EncryptRC4

I thinking they encrypt those file with Base64 and RC4

Ye, it is true the old hashing way not work anymore im doing a research on it too
