Well Did MJ finally get of the f...ing dime. All seems to be working now. At least I can get from my ATT cell phone to my MJ phone now. I am going to look for other alternatives.

MJ is providing a service/product. What MJ has failed to releize that in providing that service/product that it is incumbent on them (MJ) that it works in ALL cases. It is not the part of the USER to insure this. IT IS THEIRS. Iy is obvious to me that they don't understand this or they don't care.

I am considering jumping to VONAGE.

I see MJ is still claiming it is those nasty Long Distance Carriers problem.

This morning at 15-nov-2010 I have logged a complaiant with the Better Business Bureau. I suggest that all the rest of you do the same. The more complaints on this issue the better.

called MJ and they claim it is carrier issue. Called Verizon NJ and they said it is MJ. My cell works but my wife cell has different area code and doesn't work. when she calls any MJ number she gets error message. Started on 11/12/2010

i am having the same problem, i tried majicjack support and they cant seem to understand the problem.

God I thought I was going crazy. I am seeing this too with one difference. I can dial it with a local number but not from a phone that has a differnt are code.
