Try

https://web08.magicjack.com/my/call-forwarding.html & see if it works. It still does for me but CFD takes about 3 seconds for the call to cut through after answering and the caller id is always the same number.

I went through all of this as well and the other link works, but now calls that forward are delayed in cutting through. i get about 4 seconds of dead air before I can talk to the person and the caller id is always from one same 7 digit number (not 10)

It s a software problem in MJ's switch, its interpreting 60 ips from the far end incorrectly. I am a telco tech, but getting past their on line help to a technician who knows what they are talking about is tough.
