My MJ seems to be working today. Everyone else up and running again?

Is everyone still experiencing the routing problem with incoming calls?

Mine started working periodically on Saturday, then got All Circuits are busy, please try again later. It was on and off on Saturday.

Today it's back to the routing problem.

MagicJack is not taking responsibility for their own services and having the service down for days is unheard of. A couple hours for technical issues is understandable, but to be down for days at a time and then push the responsibility ...

switch to Voipo.com you won't regret it. Much better service.

nettalk sucks as well, i couldn't even customize my voicemail message. The have technical issues too.

I'm in Canada. I ordered a NetTalk Duo. But i wanted a US number. I did ask them if they offer Canadian Numbers and they said yes. Plenty of them in different area codes across Canada. It is $29.99 for the year + $5.99/mth for Canadian Number premium. Which is pretty much around $100 a year.

It's a bit too late. I just requested to get my number ported out and hosted on www.voipo.com while i receive my new service from another company similar to magicjack. That is www.nettalk.com

Is your magicjack working then? Are you not getting incoming calls routed to a MJ prerecorded message?

If it is working, what generation MJ are you using?

I've paid for 5 years in advance, but at this point, i don't care. If there is another company that offers the same type of thing, i will switch. I need a solution by tomorrow, can't leave it like this.

Anyone know of any other companies i can switch to?

Anyone got it working? I told them that if they can at least have the call forwarding work, i can forward it to my cell and i wouldn't care, take as long as you need to fix it. But they are just passing the buck.

They said they would look into the call forwarding and see if they can resolve that ...

Are MJ users with the newest 4th Generation still working? I'm reading posts on here with people from 4th generation that their magicjack is working as of Nov 15th.
