I'm in Edmonton AB (780 area code). Telus is my internet provider.
I can call some numbers in the States and some numbers I can't. Same with local numbers. I can't call Telus (780 area code)! But I can call other numbers.

Now, what's weird is that it's the same with my google voice chat within ...
