Yes. I neglected to mention that. I have a powered Belkin USB 2.0 hub. This problem just started within the last 5 or 6 days. I do have a new hub on order but I am sure that this one is sufficient. I even unplugged the other device in the hub to ensure maximum power.

When I call using the MJ from a telephone the other party can't hear me. Occasionally after a reboot it will work.
It is OK using the PC only the telephones. I have tried 2 phones and neither works with MJ but both work fine on the landline.
I am up for renewal but am reconsidering.

That may well be it. Today I called to check for messages. It took a full 20 seconds of dead air from the time the line picked up until the voice mail message started. This is totally bogus. Most people would have hung up in that time.

I can't seem to access my VoiceMail from the MagicJack. I can only get to VoiceMail by disconnecting MJ and then dialing from my home phone.
And if I call into voicemail and it doesn't pick up I still get a blank message. It seems that I connect but I don't hear anything.

Received the Jack today. Plugged it in and after one false start it installed. Called my daughter on her cell and the transmission was as good or better than my landline.
I then called my brother in Georgia and the converstaion was so broken up we couldn't converse. I hung up and called him back ...

How do I find what server I am going through? I am curious to see how many hops I am taking.

You're right about USPS. It has left White Plains, NY. I live in Mount Vernon so I may see it tomorrow.

Even after perusing this Forum and seeing a lot of complaints I decided to try it out for myself. I ordered the MagicJack on Sundayy March 30th. It is now April 3rd and when I go to tracking I see this.
