I fixed my problem. I had a bad USB port, likely due to the power outage. Once I plugged it into another port, it worked fine. That's what I get for sending 8 dollars on the surge protector, I guess.

Same problem here. I can get a dial tone, I can dial, it rings on the other phone (but I can't hear it ringing on the mj phone), the other person can hear me talking, but I can't hear them. Also, when someone calls into the mj phone, the mj phone rings ok, but I can't hear the person even though ...
