I don't know how you can dismiss the router blocking calls. By definition, it is a firewall, and that's what firewalls do, block traffic.

works with ports 5060 and 5070 udp should you open both ports
on your pc.

I live in Aurora (IL). Have 2 magicjacks (separate accounts) and 2 ISPs (AT&T, Comcast) Same problem on both accounts, regardless of the ISP used.
I chatted with an MJ rep, gave them my first phone #, and it worked after he had be unplug/replug.
Then he asked me to do the same thing on my other MJ ...
