I've been using it for about 2 weeks now. Seems to be working well, some glitches from time to time.

Its fixed for me too, if they'd have admitted it could be a problem on their end, I might have given them a chance. No my subscription is expiring and I'm going with Nettalk.

I am going to order a Duo to try out. I am guessing they are not available in stores?

I have been a big MJ supporter up till now. I own 7 MJ's, 2 Ooma's etc. At least Duo have live tech support thats worth the extra 10.00 a year for sure. Plus, not needing a computer is a huge plus.

How could it be even something with my isp? I have a hard time believing I wouldn't have the same problem if I had a laptop with mj on it and connected to the internet somewhere else.

I'll try the speed test when I get home. I'm sure its fast enough though. I have verizon fios and don't have any problems with speed. I've already tried all the other settings.
