Support chat removed from MJ site ?

well i guess they just not going to support it anymore. the chat people wasn't any help anyway but at least it made me feel better that i tried to something fix the static issue. Good luck everybody.

Static is back again, fustrating. Incoming calls and voicemail. Going to caht again i hate it.

Today all the sudden problem solved, no more static :) Took them two weeks to solve it.

i had this problem for week now. It's not your hardware. I couldn't use my MJ at all so i thought i do call forwarding to my cell. Unplugging all MJ stuff. Guess what still static ? Been chatting with best of "10% Techs" all morning and finally one them took my email and said he will forward this ...
