Inbound DID's are screwed, at least in the Northeast usa and canada.
Chatted via online "24 hr support" and got promised that tier-2 support would
e-mail me "soon". It's now 13+hrs, no e-mail. No DID, no forwards.
This is confirmed with 3 MJ's through Pittsburgh and one in Toronto Canada ...
