Nailgunner, for what it's worth, the "resume" button appears on the magic jack screen as a tiny little oval toward the top. You have to look and look but eventually you'll find it. I pretty much found it by accident

Twice this week, my calls "went dead" and I couldn't hear the other person nor could they hear me. I noticed that the call timer was still running, so I knew I wasn't disconnected.
