I think I figured it out, thanks for the help

Still pop-ups now and then, I opened Terminal entered the command, closed Terminal. Seemed to work, then I came back home used the computer and it popped-up on the again.

I followed all your directions but when I get a call or make a call it switches to the spaces with the magic jack. So it's still pooping up. Any suggestions?
