I HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM I CANNOT RECIEVE VERIZON CALLS- SURPRISING I CAN CALL VERIZON NUMBERS BUT CAN'T RECIEVE. MAGIC JACK HAS ADMITTED THAT THEY HAVE BEEN EXPERICING THIS PROBLME AND ARE WORKIGN ON IT BUT IT HAS BEEN AWHILE NOW AND NO RESOLVE. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY FURTHER INFO

I cannot reciev incoming calls from verizon wireless magicjack says they are working on it but its been awhile now. Suprisingly I can call the same verizon number and the call goes through without a hitch but i cannot get a call from verizon-anyone knows whats going on here
