After setting up softphone i.e., without using magicjack USB, all my saved contacts are missing. I would like to know how to recover / restore them?

I wanted to use magicjack without plugging USB device and followed one of the posts published in this website and I'm unable to locate magicjack folder in magicjack drive. Can you please help?
