BCM50 is Nortel/Avaya IP keysystem

Has anyone tried MJ with BCM, I connected the RJ11 from MJ to AT1 line061, I can get dial tone and dial. Dial by name does not work, it will not dial, I have to dial nummers. Also if it goes to BCM voice mail, the vm does not disconnect.
