For the question about why MJ is not detected after reboot...

I received the new replacement flash this morning and it got me past the
original error:

1) I opened up the ThinClient and replaced the flash with the new one.

2) Just out of curiousity, tried to boot up the ThinClient just to see what would happen without yet writing to the flash and it told me ...

VaHam: thanks for your suggestion (I didn't see your post until after I had already ordered a new flash but wanted to see if your suggestion would help).

I unplugged the ThinClient from the wall for 5 minutes and then tried the USB flash procedure but it didn't help, same error as before. I also ...

Ok, thank you for your reply.

I have ordered a new 1GB replacement flash for $25 (Transcend part number TS1GDOM44HS).

Once the replacement part arrives, I will replace the flash and try to write WinXPe to it and then post the results to this thread.

I have a ThinClient hp5720 for MagicJack with the same problem as shown in this thread. I bought it off eBay and one day it BlueScreenOfDeath'ed and would never load WinXPe: on reboot, it shows the initial screen to press F10 to enter the boot menu, etc; then it tries to load WindowsXPe but never ...
