If l want to retrieve the mj pad to go to my menu,how is this done

try to fix one problem led to going to task mgr. so now when l try to start mj,it goes away within 20 seconds, seems like it is not allowed on my pc anymore

l read somewhere a while back that internet exployer 8 would crash
magic jack,,is this true,or not

Some of my calls come in ok, but some of my calls go right
to voice mail.. any help out there. l also read somewhere that mj
works with ports 5060 and 5070 udp should you open both ports
on your pc. any help out there...Ray
