The situation about a full mailbox was understood, and a possible solution of having support delete all 100 was offered. The only misunderstanding was whose mailbox was full which had no real bearing on the issue, except who was going to manually delete 100 calls with your offered solution.

UPDATE

The MagicJack manual update NO LONGER works. For the past week and a half I have been getting the MagicTalk window again. It was nice while it lasted . . . but oh well.

A Temporary fix is to hit the close button on the MagicTalk window. Then unplug your MagicJack and immediately plug it ...

Even with the phone unplugged the softphone still doesn't work, so it wouldn't be the phone, right? I'd feel dumb if it were the PHONE itself this whole time :P
