sounds like a plan......this is a new unit recently installed. Strangely enough I have installed 2 other units in the last 2 years with no problems

For the past 3 weeks I have contacted the MJ chat and have yet to resolve the problem. Like many others some incoming calls go directly to voice mail and some do not. Message is "customer is unavailable"
I also can only dial out on a few area codes eg: 612 or 480 but cannot dial out to eg: 320 and ...
