Do tell. In case it somehow didn't show, I'm not technical. In fact, I thought a thin client was basically just an interface to a centralized CPU...and I thought MJ needs a CPU?

It's absolutely the case that I'm looking at (and would prefer to buy) the MJ+, but they won't transfer my 5 year block.

When I bought over a year ago, I got the MJ and a year, so I have 58 months remaining on the 5 year block.

I can tell you the OP's outlook is 'the glass is more than half full'...my discontent is entirely based on principle. I'm not squeezing every penny, and not looking for a refund...just a transfer. Big picture, it's hard to make a financial mistake when the payback for any VOIP investment is a mere ...

I believe my only other option is Ooma. Are there other established competitors? Any thoughts on Ooma?
